An early morning birthday party forMiss Morgan Dean, and then off on a Christmas tree hunt! What fun. Last year we went to an amazing little tree farm on the way to Stanley--we returned again this year to the same delightful experience!The place is called Wintergreen Tree Farms for anyone who is interested!! It is awesome, cut down your tree, warm up by a fire with hot chocolate, face painting for the kiddies and probably even those kids at heart and then top it all off with a sleigh ride!! Yup---it was excellent, the kids thought it was magic! And I don't know if all u-cuts do this or not, but they put your tree in a shaker machine and shake all the snow off it...we took it home put it up and decorated immediately, there was no water or mess on the floors?? We were happy campers!
