Holly, Kerry and I all got together with the kids on the last Saturday before Chirstmas to build gingerbread house's with the kids...we went to the Superstore for their gingerbread class...they supply everything you need and space to roll up your sleeves and have some messy fun! Then at the end they wrap it up in a pretty cellophane bag for you to take home and enjoy. Well, let me tell you, it was lots of fun...however as we all left the building with our lovely houses...the bottom of the bag broke on William's gingerbread house...I just stood there and watched as all his work smashed on the floor at the entrance to the Superstore. My heart leapt into my stomach as he moaned "my gingerbread house..."Anyway, they gave us a full kit to take home and build another masterpiece. So we did and it worked out well, by the time we got home Emily was awake from her nap and we all built a house together.
