What a Grand Day!

Today we tried out the new bike attachment on the trail. We weren't too sure how far we would actually get, but off we went. It was excellent! We biked for 40 minutes, Emily on back with me and William and Daddy as a team and Alexander on his own...it was so fun! So much that we decided we needed a back rack too...we were like the Clampets lugging our bikes into Nana and Papa's this morning before church. So now we are totally set to ride the trails and get in shape. But for now we all have sore bums and achey muscles!

After our biking today Emily Pearl helped Nana and Papa around the yard, what a fabulous helper she is!!
